When can we all meet?
Add your team's timezones and see overlapping working hours at a glance. Green cells are inside the working window; the bottom row shows how many people are available each hour.

Frequently asked questions
How is 'best time' decided?
Each cell is coloured by whether the local hour falls within working hours (default 09:00–17:00). The bottom row sums how many participants are working at that hour, and the planner highlights hours where everyone is available.
Can I change everyone's working hours?
Yes. The two inputs in the toolbar set a shared working window applied to every participant. Per-participant working hours are on the roadmap.
Why is there no green window for my team?
If the spread of timezones is wide enough — say 15+ hours — there may simply be no hour during a standard workday that works for everyone. Try shifting to the next day, or relaxing the working-hours window.
Does it handle daylight saving?
Yes. Each participant's local hour is computed via their IANA zone, which encodes current DST rules. Cross a DST transition and the columns update automatically.
Can I share my board?
Yes. The 'Copy link' button captures the participants and their order in the URL. The recipient sees the same board, with their own 'today' as the anchor date.
